At first glance, it might not look like much is happening in this photo – just two small Red Mason bee cocoons.
But inside each one, a fully formed adult bee has been developing over the past 10 months, patiently waiting for the perfect moment to emerge.
That moment is now, as spring temperatures rise and the first pollen appears – exactly what they’ll need to thrive and support the next generation.
Much like our bees, our Apprentices can sometimes go unnoticed. Quietly learning, steadily growing, and preparing in their own way. But behind the surface lies a determination, skill and readiness that’s about to take flight.
Success, for both Apprentices & Bees, comes not from noise – but from preparation, persistence, and timing.
Each Apprentice, each Cocoon, holds the potential to shape something far greater.
