This crucial assessment is the final step on their four-year apprenticeship journey, where precision, focus, and experience come together under timed conditions.
Each piece of timber, each joint, and every measured cut must reflect the knowledge and standards they’ve built over time.
Just like our Solitary bees preparing their nests, our Apprentices work with patience, skill, and purpose. Both know that the strength of what they build today shapes the success of tomorrow.
