This week, our Apprentice & The Bee story shifts from the hive to the station platform, as we follow Rachel on the next stage of her development journey.
Rachel joined Fourply in October 2024 as an Apprentice Estimator and much like the early stages of a bee’s lifecycle, she wasted no time getting to work. Within just six months she achieved her SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration – a solid foundation on which to build.
Encouraged by her Manager’s feedback and her own determination to grow, Rachel has now stepped into a new season of learning, beginning her HNC in Quantity Surveying at Construction College.
Her latest assessment came back at 90%, a sign that she’s not just progressing – she’s thriving.
In nature, development is rarely loud or dramatic; it’s steady, purposeful and shaped by each stage that came before.
Our bees show us that every transition matters – and Rachel’s journey is unfolding in exactly that way.
