Devin, one of our 4th Year Carpentry & Joinery Apprentices has officially passed his final Skills Test and is now a fully qualified tradesman!
Over the past 4 years, Devin has shown true dedication – spending over 43 weeks at college, including Advanced Craft with the rest being on site.
His final Skills Test wasn’t just an assessment; it was a culmination of everything he’s learned: a portfolio of real work and a timed challenge requiring precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
As the next generation of solitary bees prepares to emerge from our bee hotels, Devin’s own emergence into the trade, marks another important moment in our journey of ‘The Apprentice and The Bee’ — a story of growth, purpose, and sustainable succession.
