A special moment in our journey of The Apprentice and the Bee – the very first Red Mason bee of the season has homed-in on our hand-built hotel to begin its vital work.
After months in hibernation, this tiny but determined bee emerges at exactly the right time, perfectly aligned with the arrival of spring and the fresh bloom of pollen-rich plants – a reminder that growth and purpose often follow patient preparation.
Back at Fourply, a similar energy is buzzing. Over recent weeks:
▪ A New Apprentice has joined our team, beginning their own journey (stay tuned to find out more)
▪ Other Apprentices have moved forward into the next stages of their development.
▪ And some are successfully completing their final Skills Test, becoming fully qualified joiners ready to contribute to our industry.
Whether it’s a Bee instinctively stepping into its role or an Apprentice taking the next step in theirs – both are driven by dedication, timing, and a deep connection to something greater than themselves.
