Our 4th Year Apprentices are back at college, sharpening their skills and preparing for one of the most significant milestones of their journey – the Skills Test.
This timed and formal assessment is designed to measure the knowledge, expertise, and craftsmanship they’ve built over the past four years. It’s no small challenge – every cut, joint, and finish will be scrutinised to ensure it meets the assessment criteria.
Much like our solitary bees, who meticulously construct their nests with care and precision, our Apprentices must apply their training with confidence and accuracy. The Skills Test may be the final college assessment, but it’s also a launchpad for the next stage of their careers.
