We invest heavily in the development and training of our people to industry-recognised standards. Our successful Modern Apprenticeship programme has been running for over 12 years.
We offer recognised professional training schemes and apprenticeships. Staff competency is pivotal to the ongoing success of our business and therefore we are committed to a structured performance management system for each staff member – this measures the successful delivery of their key responsibilities and accountabilities and highlights the qualifications required to support them achieve their goals.
We have a Training & Development Plan which is annually reviewed & on completion, externally audited and verified by CITB.

Within the construction industry we were an early adopter of the ‘Investors in People’ programme (the government-driven management framework for high-performance and ‘best practice’ through investing in employees).
